  • International Inquiries: If you are located outside of these regions but wish to bring Store Forte products into your home, please contact us at support@storeforte.com. We will be happy to provide a custom shipping quote and verify if delivery is possible to your specific location.

2. Shipping Process & Tracking

  • Multiple Packages: Due to the size and weight of items like Swedish ladders and beds, your order may be split into separate packages. If this happens, you will receive multiple tracking numbers. This ensures each piece arrives safely and is easier for you to handle upon delivery. There are no additional fees for split shipments.

  • Tracking Your Play: Once your order is dispatched, we will email you the tracking details so you can monitor your shipment’s journey to your doorstep.
