Refund policy

At Store Forte, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We offer a transparent 30-day return policy, giving you 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

1. Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • In the same condition that you received it (unworn or unused).

  • In its original packaging with all tags attached.

  • Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.

2. Return Shipping Costs

  • For Defective Products: If the product is incorrect, damaged by the carrier, or defective in another way, Store Forte is responsible for the return shipping costs. We will provide a prepaid shipping label.

  • For Customer Remorse: If you purchased the wrong product, it doesn't fit, or you no longer want the item, the customer is responsible for the actual cost of return shipping.

3. Return Process

To start a return, you must contact us at support@storeforte.com.

  1. Once your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package.

  2. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

4. Fees (No Restocking Fees)

  • Restocking Fee: We do not charge any restocking fees on returns.

  • Return Shipping Fee: No fee for defective products; actual cost of shipping for customer remorse.

5. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status.

  • If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.

  • Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately at support@storeforte.com so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

7. Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
