Returns are accepted within 30 daysif:
• The item is unused
• The packaging is intact
• Return shipping is paid by the customer
Changed your mind or no longer need the item?We understand plans can change. You may return the product within 14 days; however, the return shipping cost (label) will be deducted from your refund.
Missed a promo code after purchase?Discounts are valid only during checkout. If you missed applying one, we’ll gladly provide apersonal discount codefor your next order — but we cannot retroactively refund the current one.
Received a defective item?We’ll always offer compensation or a partial refund. If you prefer to return the item completely, we’ll provide a return label or guide you through the return process.

Returns & Refunds

To initiate a return, you can contact us at support@storeforte.com. According to our shop's policies, returning items incur no shipping costs.
Yes. We don’t receive any information about your credit/debit card.

Question about Products

Yes. All our products have CE and CPC certificates.
Store Forte is operated by UK registered company Chapter II LTD, and all our products are produced in UK.
The gym sets from Store Forte are suitable for kids aged from 6 months to 7 years old
Our products are covered with linen oil and beeswax, which allows you to use Store Forte toys outside. If you would like to use it outdoors, please be aware of weather conditions like sun, rain, and others that can make usage time shorter, so it is only up to where you would like to use your product.
