We specialize in wooden activity and furniture products, including but not limited to Pickler sets, Swedish ladders, and kids' beds.

Made-to-Order: Many of our items are custom-made or finished to your specific requirements.
Natural Variations: Wood is a natural material. Please note that grain patterns, knots, and slight color variations are unique characteristics of the timber and are not considered defects.

3. Pricing and Payment

All prices are displayed in GBP (£).
Payment must be made in full at the time of ordering via our secure checkout.
We reserve the right to adjust pricing at any time; however, the price confirmed at the time of your order will be honored.

4. Shipping and Delivery

We deliver across the United Kingdom.
Lead Times: Because our products are often handmade or finished to order, delivery times may vary. Estimated timelines will be provided at checkout or via email confirmation.
Risk of Loss: The risk of damage to or loss of the goods passes to you at the time of delivery to the address provided.

5. Right to Cancel & Returns (UK Consumer Contracts Regulations)

Your rights regarding returns depend on the type of product purchased:

Standard Items: Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods.
Custom-Made / Bespoke Items: Please note that the "14-day cooling-off period" does not apply to goods made to your specifications or clearly personalized (such as custom-sized beds or specific wood finishes). These items cannot be returned unless they are faulty or not as described.
Faulty Goods: If an item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact support@storeforte.com within 30 days for a repair, replacement, or refund in accordance with the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

6. Safety and Assembly

Our activity toys (Swedish ladders, Pickler sets) are designed for physical play.

Supervision: All equipment must be used under adult supervision at all times.
Assembly: It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that all products are assembled correctly according to the provided instructions. Store Forte/Chapter II LTD is not liable for injuries resulting from incorrect assembly or improper use of the equipment.

Unless otherwise stated, Chapter II LTD owns the intellectual property rights for all material on Store Forte. All intellectual property rights are reserved. You may access this from Store Forte for your own personal use subjected to restrictions set in these terms and conditions.
