• No restocking fee is charged

Return Shipping & Labels

Customer Responsibility

• Customers are responsible for arranging and paying for return shipping unless the return is due to our error
• We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return reaches us safely

Store Forte Responsibility

• If the return is due to a defective item, damage during delivery, or an incorrect item sent, Store Forte will cover the return shipping cost

Reasons for Return

Defective Item or Our Error

We accept returns if:

• The item arrived damaged
• An incorrect item was received
• The product has a manufacturing defect

In these cases, Store Forte will cover return shipping and offer one of the following:

• A full refund, or
• A replacement item (subject to availability)

Non-Defective / Customer Reason

Returns are also accepted for:

• Change of mind
• Wrong size, color, or style selected

In these cases, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Exchanges

We accept exchanges under the following conditions:

• Items must be unused and in original condition
• Exchange requests must be made within 30 days of receiving the order
• Exchanges are subject to product availability

Shipping Responsibilities for Exchanges

• Customers pay return shipping for exchanges due to personal preference or ordering error
• Store Forte covers shipping if the exchange is due to a defective or incorrect item

Refunds

• Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified by email
• Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method
• Refunds typically take up to 10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider
• No restocking fees are applied

How to Start a Return or Exchange

• We will provide a prepaid return solution
